I wanted to provide my clients with a more wholistic approach to their problems.
Knowing and understanding how the mind works, I get to see how it can affect our emotional, physical and mental well being when it is not settled.
However, an important element that ordinarily gets overlooked is our Spirit and the impact that "it" has on our entire being when it is not given the same attention as our physical, emotional and mental wellness.
